Holly is a stunning liver chestnut Quarter Horse, born in 1999. She arrived at Blaikiewell from Thainstone market as a four year old in 2003 She had gone to be sold along with Kaedie and Holly refused to leave without her friend, who fortunately had not been sold. So they both came home together. Holly has a devoted friend and protector in little Atti, who never lets her far from his sight. Holly has never plucked up courage to cross the burn when the hoses go to the valey in the summer, even when it is just a shallow stream and Atti always stays with her either in their field or close to the burn across from where she is grazing.
